Morpho Butterfly
Morpho Butterfly:
Habitat- The Morpho butterfly lives in rainforests of South and Central America, including Brazil, Costa Rica, and Venzuela. Adults spend most of their time on the floor of the forest, in the lower shrubs,and in the trees of the forest floor with their wings closed.
Diet- When the Morpho butterfly is a caterpillar it eats variety of plant like the Erythroxylum plant but when it turns into a butterfly but can no longer chew so it drinks its food instead.

Quetzal Bird
Quetzal Bird:
Habitat- The Quetzal bird lives in the mountains, tropical forests of Central America, sadly for these beauiful birds they are in danger of extinction.
Diet- The Quetzal bird mostly eats fruit, but they also eat worms, frogs, insects, larvae, lizards and other small creatures.

Keel Billed Toucan
Keel Billed Toucan:
Habitat-The Keel Billed Toucan lives in small flocks in lowland tropical rainforest. The Keel Billed Toucan makes their nests in natural or wood-pecker created tree holes, taking turns protecting their eggs.
Diet- Keel-billed toucans eat mostly fruits but they also eat insects, lizards, tree frogs and even eggs. They get their food by grabbing it with their bill and quickly flipping it up into the air and catching it in their mouths.

Habitat- The red-eyed tree frog is found in the lowlands of Central America and as far north as Mexico. Red-eyed tree frogs start life as tadpoles in temporary or permanent ponds. As adult frogs, they remain dependent on water to keep their skin moist, staying close to water.
Diet- Red-eyed tree frogs are carnivores, feeding mostly on insects. They prefer crickets, flies, grasshoppers and moths. Sometimes, they will eat smaller frogs. For tadpoles, they eat fruit flies and crickets.

Diet- Howler Monkeys are vegetarians, eating only flowers, fruits and leaves.

Diet- Jaguars are known to eat more than 85 species of prey, including armadillos, deer, squirrels, birds and even snails. Jaguars can also catch animals form the water like fish. They are even able to hunt monkeys and other animals who sometimes wander to lower branches.
